Wycheproof P-12 College provides an engaging and diverse education from Prep to Year 12 and has an enrolment base of approximately 120 students. Students are drawn from the surrounding areas of Wycheproof and Nullawil and as such have a positive sense of community and a strong work ethic. The school aims to meet the educational, social and cultural needs of the students through promoting a caring, supportive and educationally challenging environment. Situated on large grounds with excellent sporting facilities, attractive buildings and gardens, the college is nestled within the heart of the community.
There is a culture of high expectations at Wycheproof P-12 College in terms of student learning and behaviour. Students are encouraged to ‘be their best’ in all that they undertake - including sporting and musical attainment. Over the past decade, students have achieved excellent results in both the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) resulting in the school being publicised as one of Victoria’s ‘top schools’ due to the percentage of VCE scores of 40 and over. As a school, we take delight in following the successful careers of many of our past students both here in Australia and overseas. At Wycheproof P-12 College, we expect our students to be well mannered and work hard and we will continue to seek opportunities to further build a culture of high academic, sporting and cultural outcomes.

ResourceSmart In 2015 Wycheproof P-12 College is proud to announce that it has been awarded its first ResourceSmart star.
Wycheproof P-12 College was listed in the ‘Top of The Class’ page 5 of the Age Newspaper (20/12/2012) due to the exceptional results of the Year 12 class of 2012. The article focused on ‘How the State’s Best Schools Compare’ and Wycheproof was listed in the top 10 Government Schools (with a median study score of 34) and was also listed in the top 10 Regional schools listing due to these outstanding results. Such impressive outcomes would not have been achieved without closely networking with neighbouring schools, without the drive of highly motivated students (supported by nurturing families) and committed teachers who are experts within their fields of study. We make no apologies for having a strong academic focus within our school.
